What I like about AW: AW is a wonderful flight simulator...I have always loved this sort of sim because it offers a wide range of fun, exciting, and tough challenges to the mind. Before the "cheap era" of computers and guided missiles, pilots had to think EVERYTHING through on their own, and AW does a great job of presenting this wholesale puzzle that pilots get to figure out time and again. The enigma is infinite as well...someone is always going to be pulling a new trick on ya, and you've got to get around it! However, I must also write here what I love about the =RAF=, because they are the epitome of AW as a COMMUNITY. These are a bunch of fun-loving guys who stick together in the virtual world and in real life, where most of us haven't even met each other. These are people so genuine that you just have to love them. And online, they know what they are doing and help create a more realistic atmosphere through the principle of staying together and keeping your buds alive...it's more like what one would have found in the real WWII. Many people in AW are just loners who go around for points; these boys really put each other first in a virtual world where that camaraderie is a virtue above and beyond what's expected. Being with the Rebel Air Force has served to make Air Warrior III online an exceptional ongoing experience, teaching tactic, teamwork, an appreciation of the defining moments of human history, and that the Grumman Wildcat will always rule the skies. Buwahaha. >:P Hail =RAF=!
